David Rozenhal finally signed for Toon. It’s about time Lad!

Once again the Official website has nothing to confirm about the news, but it’s widely believe that no other club can beat Newcastle United’s bid to land the Czech Republic international, especially after Borussia Dortmund withdrew their interest.

But Rozehnal’s representative Pavel Zika has today told the Czech Republic media that Newcastle have won the race to sign Rozehnal.

The Magpies have been in negotiations with PSG in recent weeks, with manager Sam Allardyce keen to strengthen his defence before the start of the new season after releasing Craig Moore, Oguchi Onyewu and Titus Bramble.

"We have reached a final agreement. David moves to Newcastle" Zika added.

Beside the German side, Newcastle has another club to battle with for Roz signature. Spanish side Sevilla has enter the race yesterday, but it’s appearing that no one can meet the offer from Newcastle for Roz services.

Newcastle United defensive sides has been a huge problems trhough the years as we never be able to find the right player to mark the important field. Many players have come but the likes of Marcellino, Boumsong, Moore, Bramble, Onyewu and several others never proven to be any good signing.

IMHO, Allardyce has found the key player for our defensive problems. And with the huge prospect of our young lad Steven Taylor, the presents of experienced player like Rozenhal can help him develop into one of the best defender in the world.
