When two United with different class meet last night, the only possible result was another heavy defeat for one of them, and without have to think hard it was for Newcastle.
But, as a Newcastle fan no matter how predictable the result is, it was still hurt me badly to see how the team going on so far after last Wednesday’s Big Sam parted company with Newcastle. I was wondering what the result would be if we still have Sam “stubborn manager with ugly tactics” Allardyce in charge.
You may say it was no different, and we will still lose the game even with Big Sam. I agree, but maybe we will not suffered with six goals and with a bit of luck we may even can managed to have a draw.
Despite of have playing bad as they say, we can held them in first-half and with a bit of luck Michael Owen’s goal will not disallowed. But in the second-half it proves that continuity and experience are all that matters. They were the better team in terms of continuity, experienced manager.
And what about Toon Army? What I’m going to say now is may not be popular and will sounds negative but I was thinking for the last 10 years, we were dragged us down into the level of “Glory Hunters” and worst than that, we have directors who wants “Instant Success” and trying every possible way including “Buy It Now” options.
Now, I only can say…May God Help Us All
its hard to see newcastle united like that, now the question is… how do we stand and face the future? i think, some of the managers outside believe that, handling newcastle’s manajerial job is like holding a poison chalice (some of the media says) its the public that says it, i think we must be positive, the board of directors HAVE TO be trustable , if they commited a long time plan, just stick with it.. managing newcastle is not just the money issue, but the passion.. passion for reaching the best… and the future manager must be a positive one.. and the future board of directors must be a trustable one
lets hope to our lads out there, and we are believe, that we can avenge what MU do to our team.. lets be a giant killers!!!
Hi Steve, thanks for your sympathy for our club. You have said all the truth about the current Newcastle United and I do hope that the parted company of Big Sam would be our very last one. We are also more than sick of the same old story, we want to have settled, we want to be as successful as we can.
I feel sorry too about Anelka, I hope your Bolton team will find the other striker as his replacement soon.
In many ways I sympathised with your football club, I have done for years because you always seemed like a truly decent club and had supporters with passion, desire and great loyalty.I am a Bolton supporter, have been since 1959 and was totally gutted when Big Sam left us to take over from Glenn Roeder at your club.. Sam was GREAT for us and obviously not so great for you but it took Sam a couple of years to re-organise Bolton and steadily push us up the table.. The instant success of a magic wand is only a pipedream and your board and some of the more pessimistic supporters don’t have a divine right for Newcastle United to be a great club without having to earn that mantle…Patience is needed, patience and hard work… Whether Sam would ever have put a decent TOON side together we’ll never know now… let us hope that you have a board and supporters willing to give the next manager, whoever he may be, a fair chance… I have to go and pray now.We have a board at Bolton who sell our top striker before replacing him..Who will score for us now ??… Good luck to your club from here in Australia…
maybe we’ll finish the season better than last season, but honestly as a fan i think these hard times (for last 5 weeks) maybe is the most worrying times in my life as NUFC fan, because i see no vision in NUFC’s attack… so NUFC lose the ball oftenly after hardwork in chasing and try to steal opponent possesion
I hope all players moral will fully recover when battling stoke city. And getting better after that
Godsave only i think not enough if the team itself not have proper care by tactic and encouragement master
