The mid-season transfer window open this month and some players have been rumoured with a possible move to St. James’ Park, if Ashley is willing to bring in some cash for AP to buy new players as he told to wish for a striker on new year’s eve.
One of the most possible move is the French winger Hatem Ben Arfa, as he was told to be ready to sign for a permamnent move to Newcastle following his season-long loan deal from French club Marseille. A fee to believe around £5.1million has been agreed between the two teams.
From another news report suggest that we also interested to get Robbie Keane and David Bentley out from White Hart Lane.
“Our priority is to strengthen offensively if possible,” Pardew said, as quoted from the Guardian website. “That will be the area we are looking at.”
“I think that if any player of that sort of quality becomes available, we will be interested in them,” he said. “If it’s possible to bring them to the club, we will definitely be having a look to see.”
Meanwhile, David Bentley is reportedly being added to Spurs transfer lists to free up space for the potential arrival of David Beckham. This probably less chance to become reality as I don’t think Spurs could really have any interests in Beck’s service.
More news, which I also doubt to be Toon’s genuine interests, are including the likes of the 21 year old Queen’s Park Ranger playmaker Adel Taarabt and Paris Saint Germain winger, Stephane Sessegnon, according to L’Equipe.
The 26-year-old Benin international Sessegnon, is contracted to PSG until 2013, but recently has announced his desire to leave the club following an altercation with PSG’s coach Antoine Kombouare.
The latest name was the 24-year old Bulgarian striker Valeri Bojinov which currently playing for Italian Serie-A club Parma. Bojinov has reportedly been told he can leave in January. The news has also sparked the interest from Wigan Athletic, as well as French club Bordeaux.
