Calling all the REAL TOON FANS. We are still in the process and Keegan was unlucky to get the team who in general are still not good enough, and have to face the best team so far in Premier League.
I don’t care if we don’t have wins so far, no goals or three points near the relegation zone, that’s all we have to deal with right now and there’s nothing we can do about that, but one thing for sure is to keep supporting the team and the new manager.
Am I not disappointed by our latest results? You’ll be kidding me if you think I was happy, but I can understand perfectly what King Kev has to work on with the current Newcastle team and the difficulties to bring in new players this month.
“If we got points for being genuine, we would have got something – we gave it everything but just didn’t have enough quality at times,” Keegan said “Arsenal have the confidence that we lack at the moment, but there were things to take from the game.”
Keegan believes the Newcastle team still needs confidence and this weekend’s Tyne-Tees home derby would be a step forward to achieve that belief.
We are in the situation which is hard to manage at the moment, but with the boards new appointments and hopefully at least one new player in this month, we can get along to finish another season to forget and start with the new and fresh Newcastle United squad next season.
